Terms and Conditions
By enrolling with SK Technology Center, families acknowledge and agree
to the following terms and conditions.
Private Tutoring and Training Availability
Private tutoring, athletic training, enrichment sessions, and other individualized
instructional services are scheduled based on trainer, tutor, instructor, and facility
availability. Session days and times may vary and are not guaranteed unless confirmed
directly with SK Technology Center.
Continuous Enrollment
Enrollment and membership with SK Technology Center are continuous until cancelled.
Families do not need to re-enroll each month unless otherwise instructed.
No Annual Contracts
SK Technology Center does not require annual contracts for membership or participation.
Memberships are not locked into a full school-year commitment and may be cancelled at
any time.
Cancellation Policy
Families may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to
SK Technology Center. Once cancellation is received and processed, future membership
charges will be discontinued according to the applicable billing schedule.
Educational Institution Status
SK Technology Center is not a registered charter school, public school, private school,
or registered educational institution. Participation in SK Technology Center programs,
memberships, tutoring, training, mentorship, or enrichment services does not constitute
enrollment in a registered school or educational institution.
Alternative Learning Program Assistance
SK Technology Center may assist families with enrollment in the
Columbia Virtual Academy Alternative Learning Program through
Washington State. However, enrollment in Columbia Virtual Academy or any other specific
school, homeschool program, online school, or alternative learning program is not
required to participate in SK Technology Center programs.
SK Technology Center accepts students regardless of which educational program, school,
homeschool arrangement, online program, or alternative learning program they are
enrolled in.
Family Responsibility
Families are responsible for ensuring that their student is properly enrolled in any
required school, homeschool, online, or alternative learning program in accordance with
applicable state and local requirements. SK Technology Center provides supplemental
learning, enrichment, tutoring, training, mentorship, and facility access services only.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
Families understand that participation in tutoring, athletic training, martial arts,
enrichment activities, facility use, and related programs may involve certain risks,
including but not limited to physical activity, movement, exercise, and interaction
with equipment or other participants.
By enrolling and participating, families acknowledge and accept these risks. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, SK Technology Center, its owners, staff, instructors,
trainers, mentors, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for injuries,
accidents, illness, damages, or losses that may occur during participation in SK
Technology Center programs, activities, training, tutoring, or facility use.
Personal Items
Students are responsible for their personal belongings while on site. SK Technology
Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged personal items,
including but not limited to backpacks, clothing, electronics, phones, school supplies,
athletic equipment, money, or other valuables.
Program Coverage Times
SK Technology Center supervision and program coverage apply only during the student’s
scheduled program, tutoring, training, membership, or enrichment time. SK Technology
Center is not responsible for students who arrive before their scheduled start time,
remain after their scheduled end time, leave the facility, or are present outside of
confirmed program coverage hours.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up and for
supervising students before and after their scheduled program times.
